I recieve a louis vuitton purse as a gift and the person who gave it to me told me it was real, but how do I know if it was real or not. Like what am I supposed to look for? I could most likely tell through a photo. But if you go to mypoupette.com they can authenticate it for you through photos and they only charge $10.00. They are experts. Also, all of my new (authentic) bags came not only in the soft “sleeper” bag, they came in a hard cardboard dark brown box…very high quality box, and the box was tied with either leather string or satin LV ribbon. They also came in a dark brown Louis Vuitton shopping bag. If your didn’t have these things, I doubt it’s real.
