I am currently in a purse phase craze, having got a real gucci bag at a thrift store while on vacation in San Francisco for $7.99!!!!!!! I’m just intersted to see what other people think and why.
When I saw the bag I bought I didn’t question it – for $7.99 who cares! Then when I got back to NY I researched it and there is a tag inside that says Gucci Made in Italy and the serial number on the back which makes me think it is real. Because of where I bought it, I may never know for sure. But I think it’s fabulous regardless! Great answers everyone!

They look all so authentic, but really it could be a knock off made in China couldnt it. Money is no object for me. My husband has a terrific job and I do, too. I’m spoiled!!! But there’s no better fun than the hunt online for a good deal. I am a fashionista and love all the luxury things like Chanel, Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Marc Jacobs, etc. I spend a lot of time online and do almost all my shopping online — even groceries. It’s great because the stuff is delivered to my house! I buy a lot of handbags and purses lately ESPECIALLY expensive purses and high end authentic designer handbags like Chloe and Hermes. I only shop at just a few sites, but I want to know other sites selling authentic bags. I ONLY want  the names of sites that sell AUTHENTIC merchandise.  I do want a good deal. So, price matters. Any suggestions?
I tried the bagborrow place and don’t like it. The thought of borrowing a purse makes my stomach turn. I’ll try the others and hope to see more suggestions. Thanks

I’m all for animal rights, I’m just so tired of her posing as the epitome of an animal rights advocate because she thinks it’s not okay to eat steak but to carry it around as an accessory is totally fine. It’s not just her. The “Vote or Die” campaign comes to mind. Paris Hilton was photographed all over Hollywood in the shirts… Survey says! She didn’t even vote! Is anyone else tired of the hypocrisy in pop culture??

Do you think the price is mainly for the status? Or is it only expected that there would be clothing brands that would only cater to the blindingly-rich?

I am soooo happy to have found this site. I am now the proud owner of a genuine authentic gorgeous Beverly MM LV purse.

Love it or **** it i’m digging the style of men carrying around bags the size of purses. I think it’s a fashionable statement and trend that’ll catch on. Althought i really love Pharrell’s huge purple Hermes bag, I know I not afford that (for not at least lol). But I’m looking for something medium sized, leather type (doesnt have to be), masculine feel, and most of all an affordable bag. Oh and also I like bags with a more of a “rounder”, “gripper” handle rather than the usual purse handles. I want to use it for school, to carry my books and possibly my laptop. I know you see them everywhere with the big C’s all over the purses, their prices are “reasonable” compared to other luxury brands such as louis vuitton, chanel, or Gucci, but the question is does the name Coach even deserve to be in the same sentence as these other high end handbags? I personally would never be caught dead with a coach purse, don’t get me wrong I have nothing against coach I honestly think their purses are cute and they also look nice on the 20 million people that I’ve seen carrying them, but to compare Coach to all those other brands i mentioned earlier it just kinda doesn’t make sense right? I think coach is a luxury brand to a certain extent, given the fact thats it’s not ridiculously expensive makes it affordable for the average person which puts the handbags in its own class, but my honest opinion is that it should never be compared to the likes of Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, etc. What is your opinion?
